What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days from payment of invoice & approval of final proof.
Dependant of the schedule at the time of order, we may be able to produce it faster than this, we will update you on this during the process.
Rush Orders-
Forgotten to place your order & need it for an event?
We can help you out here if our schedule allows it, but we do exercise a "Rush Fee" which is determined at the time of order.
Can I supply my own garments to Screenprint or Embroider?
Short answer is....No
The main reason being that we cannot guarantee the print quality of garments we are not familiar with or are sub par quality.
We can supply everything from casual apparel through to Uniforms/workwear etc, basically if you can wear it, we can supply it, all at wholesale rates. Have a look at our SUPPLIERS.
What is your max print area?
Multi-colour screenprints we have a maximum print size of 380mm wide x 470mm high, but this doesn't work on all sizes of garments!
So we always scale the print to what size fits best to required garments.
Single colour screenprints can be up to 550mm high
Supacolour prints have a maximum size of A3
Do I have to pay a setup charge?
Screen print:To create your finished print garment, we need to create a screen. for each individual colour in the print.
When we quote up your print job, we build the setup fee into the per unit final price, instead of a seperate charge.
Once your print is setup with your artwork, it remains property of Against The Grain.
Embroidery:There is a one-off setup fee for Embroidery designs, we outsource these files 'digitising' to some of the best in the world.
Once set-up its good to go & can be used repeatedly.
The Embroidery files remain property of Against The Grain.
Supacolour:There is an initial setup fee of $50 +GST for Supacolour & then $28+gst for every subsequent print run going foward.
Number of colours & Finished print size doesn't come into consideration with supacolour setup fees, its stays the same.
How do I know my print colours will be correct?
Well the answer is PANTONE!
We use the Pantone Solid Coated matching system (PMS) which is basically the bible for colour matching worldwide.
If you don't have Pantone codes, we can find & match these for you, but if you have them... Amazing!
